Nearly 20 years ago we sold and installed this hand carved marble mantel. The home has just been sold and it doesn't fit the contemporary design aesthetic of the new owners so it's back in our hands to re-sell it on consignment. The owner has directed that her share of the $4500 selling price be donated to an organization that supports the homeless. Own a mantel that's a work of art, and know you're also doing something nice for your community. We're pretty scared of how hard it would be to crate and package it for long distance shipping so we're looking for a local Richmond buyer or someone who can come pick it up from our store.
