Frets
| Fireplace frets are decorative accents used on the openings of small fireplaces. They can be used with our Victor gas coal burner and with our small Opti-Myst electric insert to change the look of the appliance as well as hiding controls. A fret is an English design piece so you've likely never seen one; they generally measure 16" wide as they're made to fit standard English fireplaces that are 16" wide. Think of a fret as the front of a coal basket; without the sides and back the fireplace can be smaller and still fit a gas coal burner or electric insert. They are freestanding and are simply set in place as shown in the video at left. |
