OUTDOOR COMPATIBLE

Specially designed as a retrofit replacement of existing metal fireplaces, or for new construction where a smaller size fireplace is ideal

When it comes time to remove an existing metal fireplace - whether it's to switch from wood to gas, to change out bulky, outdated design or to replace a defective fireplace, the H3 is ideal for this project! Think about it... the old fireplace must either be removed from inside the room, or from the rear. Rear removal can save project costs by not requiring removing the old tile, slate or other facing and the mantel but this is only feasible when the new model is smaller than the old one. Hence the brilliance of this design which features a slim footprint. If you want to completely redesign your fireplace with a new face wall, mantel or other features, that's ok too! 

The H3 direct vent gas fireplace is also an ideal choice for smaller rooms and smaller homes where space is at a premium. It's still a heater rated appliance that can heat up to 1500 sq. ft. or so.

The stainless steel burner is uniquely designed to provide flame impingement on the logs to create a realistic glowing fire. The secondary heat exchanger creates powerful convective heat without needing an electric flower fan; it therefore operates without the need for electricity - YOUR FIREPLACE IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL IN A POWER OUTAGE! Flexible venting options and small depth mean you can install a new fireplace into virtually any room in your home, while maintaining a large fire viewing area, or transform your existing masonry fireplace into a powerful source of heat.The valve is controlled via a battery system so it offers thermostatically controlled heating, even when the power is out!
